Refund Policy

No refunds will be available on any unused services unless extenuating circumstances apply. In such instances, final decisions will be made at the discretion of the suppliers whose services are involved. Weather interruptions to itineraries/tour packages are beyond our control. We will do all possible to rearrange services in such event, but cannot be held financially responsible for interruption under such circumstances. We strongly recommend travel insurance cover for such eventualities. Also if refun, if any, shall be returned to you in form of Credit note that can be used with in one year or it will be transferred to your bank account with in 21days of application, all the bank charges involved shall be borne by the recieptant.
